Just WRONG! LAP CAT by Omron.

Omron Cat

This is surely a sign of the coming apocalypse. I fear for mankind. This thing is a ROBOT CAT! HUN, WHY? Yeah, some Maryland "robo-therapists" (I’m serious stop laughing!) Alex and Elena Libin from http://www.robotherapy.org/ even recommend electric critter for nursing-home residents and dementia patients who could use a pet’s love but cant care for the real thing. NeCoRo in his native Japan and Max as we in the U.S. call “it” will purr, turn his head, move his ears and blink his eyes. “It” can also sit, stretch and sleep… But that’s all it can do. Seriously stop laughing, now!

ENV Bike. The coolest bike you’ll never ride.

Env Bike2

Created by a company called Intelligent Energy the ENV Bike is a site to behold not to mention a technological wonder. Yes this very sexy machine looks like a steroid pumped, futurist motocross monster but runs more like a souped up moped. Weighing in at a mighty 200 lbs., the aluminum bike travels at speeds of up to 50 m.p.h. thanks to proprietary hydrogen-powered fuel-cell engine. Project director Andy Eggleston says that proprietary technology allows the fuel cell to produce more energy than is typical. The ENV cruises along almost silently a 5-oz. canister of hydrogen (about $4) can power the bike for 100 miles. California is the only state with hydrogen fueling stations at the moment, so keep that in mind. With a little creativity and some creative financing you can be riding style. NOT!

THE DESTROYER! ROYAL MEDIA SHREDDER!

Royal Media Destoyer

You know as we continue to find new ways to store information, we end up with PILES upon piles of old media lying around. Its bad enough to have to move all your Floppies to CDs to DVDs to Memory Cards to HD-DVD or Blu-Ray to, who knows what’s next (maybe we will do a article on that soon). But even worst, what do you do with all that legacy media? I mean of course keep some of it for keepsakes “Hey kids look at what Grand Pop used to use to store his term papers on” but there are security issues, identity theft and just confusion and disorderliness of to much information in to many formats.

Well you could just destroy all that stuff but you don’t want dumpster divers/hackers/bad guys getting hold of your precious data. You need to destroy your media, neatly and completely. That’s where Royal comes to our rescue! Designed to handle a wide range of media, the MD100 shreds paper, compact disks, floppy disks, and credit cards into unusable confetti-style pieces to ensure your piece of mind that your precious information is destroyed and unusable to your detriment. Time magazine even bestowed upon the MD100 the title of one of the coolest inventions of 2003, due to its ease of use and ability to flatten raised numbers on credit cards before shredding them and being able to shred CDs and DVDs in less than 5 seconds. YOU SHOULD GET ONE! ;) Just a suggestion.
