The year was 1996, I was complaining about wires on my walkman. 1999, I was complaining about the wires to my headphones on my computer. 2000, there are wireless headphone, but they are either cheap crap or expensive and you cant take them with you outside of your house. 2006 we have inexpensive and well-designed wireless headphone for you home AND for on the go.

There are quite a few portable wireless headphones on the market. Thus far Logitech has beat everyone to the punch on making them AFFORDABLE. Well at least in the States, the Japanese have had portable wireless audio technology for YEARS. For that matter Japan and some parts of Europe are just plain ahead of us by light-years. I digress!

These Logitech Headphones are SWEET; I am in love (for now, my love IS fleeting when it come to tech). Coming in at around the $200.00 or $140.00 price range, (yeah just wait a year or three, they’ll be in the BESTBUY discount bin!) they are worth the price if you value freedom of motion and freedom from wires.

Logitech’s Wireless Headphones for MP3 will work with any MP3 player or other device with a standard headphone jack, there are no track-control buttons only volume controls. Bluetooth powered these headphones have a range of approximately 32 feet and use rechargeable batteries which claim up to eight hours of play per charge.
