HP Presents the Holy Grail of Notebook Battery Power
In the world of computers, we definitely take our sides. Some people are die hard Mac users, others swear they will never use anything other than a PC. When it comes to PC computing, the teams further divide. Only HP products, only Dell products, and on and on. We all have our favourites. For those PC users that haven’t quite picked a side yet, HP has developed a new product that they hope will make you an addition to their happy team of users. They have just hit a major milestone when it comes to mobile computing, meaning, those users that need to take their machines everywhere or travel frequently, will enjoy this one. Or perhaps you even live in an area with frequent power outages of unknown duration due to inclement weather such as hurricanes, or nasty storms.
With this computer, you can now experience 24 hour battery life on your laptop. That’s right, I almost didn’t believe it either, but HP is answering the needs of those that place long lasting battery power as a major priority when it comes to machine choices. The name of this new model is the HP EliteBook with a battery power of 24 hours of continuous operation in one single charge without any additional help WHATsoever. This means your computer will keep going, and going, long after your office hours, long after you have showered and slept and even through the next day. Consider it the Holy Grail of laptop battery power.
The EliteBook accomplishes this through solid state hard drives from Intel, as well as mercury free LED displays. The display on this machine is Illumi-Lite LED offering you a more efficient use of your battery. Yes that’s right. You can easily fly from New York to Shanghai if you must without running out of a second of battery juice. Other sweet features include a shock resistant hard drive, enhanced display panel, and yes, even a spill resistant keyboard. It’s not released *just yet* but definitely keep an eye out for this one.
