Holy Cow that a big hard drive! Samsung announced today the new Spinpoint M6 with 320 GB of storage space. This SATA drive is designed for notebooks or small pc’s and is ideal for a user that needs tons of space to store videos, music, and photos.
It seems like eventually we will all be downloading HD movies directly from the internet to our tv’s or computers and with the 320 GB you can 91,000 images, 100 hours of DVD’s, and 38 hours of HD movies. The speed of the M6 is 5,400 rpm (quick for notebook drive), 1.5Gps SATA interface and 8MB cache memory.
