Linksys unveils KiSS 1600 Wireless Media Player
The Linksys KiSS 1600 is an HD-friendly wireless media player capable of streaming high def video, audio, pictures and other forms of digital content to your TV. The device also sports a USB port for your portable media players, hard drives and flash drives. We couldn’t find it on the Linksys website because they (Linksys) just announced it at CeBIT. But it looks like one of these will set you back around $500. Stay tuned for updated pricing numbers.

With your impressive list of CODECs supported which include DVD, WM9 HD, H.264/AVC, MPEG-2, 4, DivX 3.11, 4, 5, Nero Digital and XviD for video; WMA, WMA9, AAC, MP3 and Ogg for audio. The DVD player supports 720p resolution via the HDMI connection.
