What is The Chargebox?
If ever there was a brilliant ideal I wish I had of thought of first! I personally want stock in BoxBrands RIGHT NOW! When I say brilliant I am not saying “the wheel”, “the automobile” or “nuclear science” brilliant. It’s more like when porta-potties first came out brilliant. It’s brilliant because it’s so obvious and yet it was completely overlooked, but not by BoxBrands. It’s the go-getter, never mind what anyone else thinks type of gumption that I also dub brilliant.
The ChargeBox is the mutant offspring of the before mentioned porta-potty, the public phone, the public locker and just a damn necessity. At first glance the ChargeBox looks like those lockers you would see in a bus or train terminal. It is in fact a fixed outdoor/indoor, multi-portable device charging unit. I don’t know about you, but I don’t carry my cell phone or portable device chargers around with me. For that matter where would you plug it in if you did? Yes, I know there are portable hand-held chargers but they usually support a limited number of devices and I haven’t found one that supports a PSP or Ipod just yet.
Using the ChargeBox is super easy to use. Find an unoccupied locker that is compatible with your device. Plug your device in. Close the door to your locker. Insert money. Remove the key and start charging. Come back to a full battery!
