Do You Yahoo?
There are of course a billion and some tech sites on the net, in every language and for every category and genre. Cnet.com and Zdnet.com and a list of other sites offer tech reviews and buyers guides etc. So why is Yahoo opening a tech site? Well, Google is kicking their but in the advertising sector and in the search engine technology. Yahoo is teaming up with somebody new every week it seems: this week, Microsoft and eBay.
At any rate, this site is supposed to grab a bigger share of the Internet advertising market. 19 different categories from laptops to cell phones to digital cameras to monster HD TVs. The site aims to be “Average Joe” friendly without technoese. There will be 4 categories that people will stereotypically fall into "The Mom," "The Working Guy," "Techie Diva" and "The Boomer" yada yada. Anyway, Google is going to eat them alive. Why? Better technology, more competitive, hungrier, right place, right time. Google is the rebirth of the Internet. (Ok, ok, I was just possessed by Al Gore, sorry, strike that last comment!) But lets talk, heart to heart. Do your own research. Go to Amazon, to eBay, to Google, to Froogle , to our site (Menstech.com), search Salecircular.com, Cnet.com and whatever else. Look for the best prices, don’t get ripped off and don’t rely on any one site as the ONE SOURCE FOR ALLLLLL KNOWLEDGE! Well, accept for ours. 
Ultimately its up to you to make sure you get a good product that your happy with and that fits your needs.
